  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond our control.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

  • Orders below $150 AUD will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

🌏 International Logistics & Customs

Beautybeat is an Australian brand, however our research and development centres are based in Asia.

As a result:

  • Some orders may be shipped from our international facilities.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your location and local regulations.

  • Any applicable customs charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Delays & Refund Policy

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Beautybeat does not offer refunds for delays in shipping or delivery caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or logistical disruptions

  • Peak periods or public holidays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
